Dmtilellc started in New Britain with one trowel, one level and a rule: never leave a job we wouldn't sign. Ten years later, that rule still schedules our calendar, mostly through referrals from homeowners in Berlin, Farmington, Glastonbury and beyond.
Our Story
We are a tile-focused trade company. Not a general handyman service that "also does tile." That focus is why homeowners from New Britain, Berlin, Newington, Plainville, Farmington, Avon and beyond call us for the surfaces they look at every day: shower walls, kitchen backsplashes, entry floors and fireplace surrounds.
We follow TCNA Handbook methods for every wet area and floor assembly: bonded waterproofing before finish tile, substrate flatness measured before layout, and grout and silicone treated as engineered joints, not afterthoughts. It is why the work still looks right after the plumber, the electrician and a few winters have been through it.
Today our crews run Open 24 hours · 7 days a week from our base at 550 Lincoln St, New Britain, CT 06052. The tile work is done by Daniel and his own crew, not handed off to a subcontractor, so the same people who set the tile are the ones in your house every day of the install. Most months we're booked two to three weeks out for the install itself, almost entirely from referrals and repeat clients.

What We Stand For
Laser-level lines, calibrated joints, wet-sawed cuts. We measure our work in millimeters and our reputation in decades.
If a regrout won't fix it, we say so. If demolition is unnecessary, we say that too. Clients keep us because we tell the truth early.
Zip-wall dust containment, floor protection, broom-clean evenings and a punch-list walkthrough before final payment.
Every installation carries a 1-year workmanship warranty, on top of Schluter and MAPEI system warranties where applicable.

Great price Right from the start, they took the time to understand exactly what we were picturing—no rushing, just really good listening and smart layout advice before laying a single tile. Their eye for detail is incredible. The cuts are flawless, the lines are crisp, and they made tricky transitions look completely seamless. Best of all, they truly go above and beyond.
